Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking Policy – Sew With Mina To ensure the best experience for all students, please review our booking policy before confirming your session: 1. Booking & Payment: All classes must be booked and paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Payments are accepted via our secure online booking system. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your class up to 12 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, please contact us via email or through the booking system. 3. Class Access: Zoom links and materials lists will be sent after booking confirmation. Please ensure you have all materials ready and arrive on time for the class. 4. Missed Classes (Group Sessions): If you miss a group session, a recorded replay will be available upon request (if applicable). Private sessions must be rescheduled in advance to avoid forfeiting your booking. 5. Group Size: Group classes are kept small to ensure personalized attention. Spots are limited and available on a first-booked, first-served basis. 6. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds once a class has been completed. In special cases (emergencies, tech issues), credit may be applied to a future session.
